If you are following Nintendo's "Wii Fitness Club", you will have an idea on what is Wii Fit. If you haven't yet looked on to this game, you must take a look on how absurd we all look trying Wii Fit's most balance games, aerobic exercises, muscle workouts and yoga posses.

"Wii Fit" is just a chain of mini games that are theme based with a great "Pressure Sensitive Stand on Controller" and long with a progress graph, that loosely ties it together. If you scrutinize the game more, it just starts to look like an interactive DVD. The Wii Fit demonstrates movements, offers hints and feed backs for a better posture and balance.

This Wii Fit will make your way of exercising brimming with the energy of fun thus paying you back more than the normal exercise or jogging. It can also be used socially. You can even set up 4 to 5 Miss to train each other alongside in "Wii Fit's Virtual Plaza" along with a colored graph which is coded that will chart their progress. By using BMI (body mass index), Nintendo has chosen for a tested and tried way to decide on ideal weight range.

In this Wii Fit, you have to just stand on the board, put in all your details, get weighed, and find whether you are under weight, over weight, ideal and obese. Later you have to select the game that matches your weight and you can start playing immediately. Here you can also compete with others as well.

In its games, there is no absolute training regimen. It is just open ended along with no hand holding. Here you have to set your own goals, but this will set up some plans for you.

It is favorable for the people who are casual players, yoga is better for homemakers, the family can also play the game together and even office goers who normally have less time can play this game. When this game is played together, it gives you lots of fun and positive energy.
